1. CONTACT DETAILS & REGISTRATION PROCESS

During the subscription process you will be required to give your name, address, email address, telephone number (and fax where relevant) and a description of your business. This information will be used in your entry in the site listing. If you do not wish any of these details to appear in your entry please tell us by filling in the 'Comment' section in the registration form (or contacting us by email or post) and we will keep them for our own records only with the sole purpose of contacting you with regard to your entry on the site.

An email will be sent to you to check that the email address you have supplied is a valid one.

The subscription application is carried out online by filling in the form. The subscriber will receive a confirmation by email, at the address given during the subscription process. If the online form is submitted without all relevant information, the subscription process cannot be completed.

The client agrees to inform www.pagesaude.com in writing of any change in personal details, for example a change of postal address or email address.

2. ABUSIVE USE OF THIS SITE

All services provided by www.pagesaude.com may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any French or international law is prohibited.

www.pagesaude.com reserves the right to refuse to publish any entry which appears to be of an illegal nature, in particular:
• untruthful claims or counterfeit goods;
• any pornographic material or any content or goods related to sex;
• any material inciting hate or discrimination or linked to terrorism;
• any products subject to special controls under national or international law;
• any material contravening copyright law;
• any content which could be judged to be menacing or obscene;
• any content protected by the trade secrets act ;
• the promotion of any illegal activity;
• participation in 'spam'

We reserve the right to be the sole judge of forbidden material on this site and to suspend or annul any subscription where pages contain unsuitable material.

Please note that the content of your entry will only be uploaded on our approval.

If your entry is not approved you will be notified by email.

3. PAYMENT

Subscription to this site is annual, paid in full at the time of subscription.

Payment may be made by cheque or Paypal. Subscriptions paid for by cheque are cancelled automatically if the cheque is not received within 14 days following the receipt of the subscription request, or if the cheque is not honoured. 

The client will receive a bill by email or post indicating the amount payable. On receipt of payment the approved entry will become 'live'.

4. CANCELLATION

The client must inform us of their wish to cancel the subscription at least on month prior to the one year anniversary of subscription. The annual fee is non-refundable.
